Byggen och projekt

Omkring Storsandsjön har det under de snaste åren varit flera fastigheter som bytt ägare. Den fina miljön har gjort att intresset varit stort. Här nedan är några av de renoveringar och projekt som utförts eller påbörjats.

I slutet av 2020 fick denna fastighet nya ägare. Det anses vara den där Spinnel Anna upptog nybygge 1765 och grundade byn .

 

Med utgångspunkt från det här halvfärdiga timmerhuset har Julia och Viktor Tegenfeldt påbörjat ett bygge som pågått under 2020/2021. Du kan följa Julias beskrivning av hur de utvecklat huset på hennes Instagramsida.

 

Susanne Frennesson och Mikael Andersson köpte  i juni 2020 ett hus i fint sjöläge som de under vintern helrenoverat.
